Star Legion (Project Title)

Far future - 3770 A.D.

Space... The classic final frontier of any world. Not just ours. Our questions were if there was any life among the stars much like ours or if that we were truly alone in the universe. Somehow we already knew there was life outside of Earth and I’m not talking about Earth’s Moon or Mars. I truly mean outside of our Solar System. Intelligent advanced life ten times ahead of ours, till the day we finally made our first contact.

When we were sent into the Galaxy to colonize worlds and start alike, we were eventually to meet other life forms but knowing them, we aren’t so different. Till we got to the “Territorial War”. Fighting for every piece of the Galaxy. We were lucky to take our piece and soon enough the fighting ceased. With enough time of peace, we managed to make a Peace treaty; “The Galactic Harmony”. Building our first intergalactic relationship with another world. Soon others came into the ring and became the Galactic Commonwealth.

The governments know that it would be impossible to travel by ship alone from one system to another. So they built “Stellar Gates”, wormholes built generators that help all travel from one system to another in a matter of minutes or days depending on the system.

The Galactic Rim was the name given to the edge of the galaxy. Traveling away from the core and toward the rim was referred to as going "The Outer Rim”. The outer reaches of space are explored by the younger races. The older races have traveled beyond the Rim into the void between galaxies.
