Transformers: Rise of the Beasts|Scourge (Concept)

My own take on Scourge is based on the alt mode featuring in the Transformers: Rise of the Beasts movie. I've seen most basing him off from the G1 Scourge but looking at his alt mode, I felt that he was be based on DOTM Megatron since he looked similar to it.
