Like most members, he was born into the clan, and of course, like most clans, he had to prove his worth to the clan by hunting and fighting. Some say he was even worthy of ruling the clan and prevailed proving to be the Alpha of the clan. He wanted more out of his life and decided to leave his clan to seek out adventure but didn't leave without appointing a friend. As he travels around the world getting more training to make him the warrior for hire he was meant to be while getting a few fucks along the way. He then gives the Royal Guard of Jaeater a chance to see how it would benefit him which eventually he made a friend with Leonidas a Reptilian dragon during his time at the Royal Guard. But Jethro left eventually again still having that adventure-seeking feeling he still has.
